Mangoes! We got lotsa mangoes. Enough green mangoes to feed fifty people. When green, you can include them, shredded, with green papaya in Som Tam. Or, as with this morning’s breakfast of black rice and egg, you can include shredded mango with the stirfried veggies:  One of our mango trees:  We plan to learn how to ripen them to make sweet mango salad. Up till now, generous neighbors have ripened them and given them to us as gifts.
