We sleep on a thin yet rock hard mattress. I have kids climbing on me all day. I’m on my feet, in the pool and on a bike all day, then most evenings we usually slouch in uncomfortable naugahyde chairs as we watch YouTube channels (the latest political outrages, mostly) and Netflix. Ouch! Most of this is not the best for a healthy back. The only way I can keep it limber is to stretch for 20 – 30 minutes every morning.
